Founded in 1996, Linmarr Davao Hotels & Apartelles is a pioneer in the Davao City hospitality industry, among the first to combine the comfort of being at home with the ambience and services of a hotel.
We take pride in providing families and out-of-town guests with the experience of living in your own apartment during your vacation, that is, your own kitchen, living room and even a garage. Yet, you still enjoy the convenience of hotel luxury.
Linmarr Davao is located on a private, secluded and secure 9,825-square-meter compound with high walls in the center of Davao City, Philippines.
Highlights of the Linmarr Compound, our tropical estate:
- 34 apartment-type units known as apartelles or aparthotels
- 14 hotel suites added from an expansion in 2000 to accommodate our valued guests
- Large function room that can host 400-500 people
- Small event space that can host 100 people
- Restaurant serving Philippine and international cuisine
- Swimming pool area at the center of the compound, surrounded by plants and trees for total privacy
